Bandai HG VF-25F Messiah Valkyrie Alto Saotome Custom is a 1/100 scale Macross model kit featuring three-stage transformation between Battroid, GERWALK, and Fighter modes with a Gunpod, Shield, Knife, and dedicated display base.

The VF-25F Messiah Valkyrie brings Alto Saotome's signature variable fighter from Macross Frontier to Bandai's modern HG Macross lineup. The kit uses a replacement-based three-stage transformation system that simplifies conversion while maintaining the distinctive proportions of Battroid, GERWALK, and Fighter modes. Retractable main wings, pull-out shoulder joints, and multi-axis chest articulation provide additional flexibility for creating dynamic poses in its different configurations.

The VF-25F comes equipped with its Gunpod, Shield, and Knife, with the Knife able to store inside the Shield as seen in the series. Fighter Mode landing gear and dedicated transformation components are included alongside a display base for aerial poses. The kit also includes multiple miniature character figures and a specially molded canopy that can be displayed open or closed.
