P-Bandai HGIBO Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex (Iron-Blooded Coating)

The P-Bandai HGIBO 1/144 Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex (Iron-Blooded Coating) is a High Grade (HG) Gunpla kit from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. This kit is the limited release version of the Barbatos Lupus Rex and comes with a clean, shiny, gunmetal color swatch finish.

This variation of the Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex is a limited item release from Premium Bandai. It sports the high design the Barbatos Lupus Rex has but what makes it unique is the finished coating the kit offers. The sleek color design with it's shiny detail makes this Barbatos Lupus Rex eye catching. Builders have the choice of keeping this model unique with it's color swatch or add some color to it with the included stickers.

The build experience of this kit is much like any High Grade kits. It's satisfying and it doesn't take too long. Builders can add more detail by coloring in the panel lines, however due to it's darker mold, it's an optional thing to do. The shine on it's armor pieces already make it stand out and the articulation it provides makes it very nice for the perfect dynamic pose as one of the center pieces of a collection.
